      Historien om de finske flyktningene i Norge under vinterkrigen i Finland er lite omtalt, både i Finland og i Norge. Noe av deres historie har jeg funnet i arkiv, historisk litteratur, Olav Beddaris fremstillinger og Petsamo- Seuras publikasjoner. En viktig kilde har vært samtaler med familiemedlemmer til de evakuerte og noen av de som opplevde evakueringen som barn.
